A mole on my forehead is growing back 10 years later.

So when i was a teenager we had a mole on my forhead removed because it got infected once. Roughtly 10 year later it appears to be swelling up theres no real pigmentation occuring its just a little red

Excising the mole under local and dermabrading the edges at the same visit and then again 6 weeks later would give best results. Cost is roughly $1000 and so worth it.

Thank you for your question.  There are many types of skin and is hard to say how your skin heals.  If there is any scarring left from the mole removal, there are options to help correct it.  A few laser treatments of mironeedling that area will both be an option...

The black spot under the skin may be many different thing such as a benign, nevus, black head, blue nevus or possible a sun damage that may need a biopsy. I recommend you seeing a dermatologist that can check the skin lesion with a special light/microscope called a Dermlite to evaluate the spot.

Thank you for your question. How long ago is recent?  Following scratching the mole I would expect it to look like you have shown. This will take time to settle down. Imagine if you cut yourself anywhere normally - the wound will take about a week to scab up and then as the scab comes off...
