Can my scar removed or not and if it would be removed what type of surgery is the best option? (Photos)

Thanks for the question and including good photographs.  For now suggest that since you have already had your wounds repaired that you see a surgeon with experience in treating facial wounds and scars at the earliest opportunity.  This is important as there is a relationship between optimal wound care, healing and scarring.  Your surgeon should be able to advise you about the measures after removal of your stitches that will help to decrease the scars from the wound.
