Hello, My right part of the nose is different to my left and same with my eye and the right eyebrow being more arched
Answer: Facial Asymmetry Thank you for your question. While everyone does have some facial asymmetry, it can bother some more than others. Thankfully, there are options to help correct it depending on a patient’s concerns and overall aesthetic goal. Regarding your eyebrows and the more elevated arch on the right side as shown in your photo, injectable neuromodulator, or Botox, may be a solution for you. Softening the muscle in upper right region can allow the right eyebrow to relax, and, therefore, be more in line with your left eyebrow. The injectable neuromodulator may indirectly correct the asymmetry with your eyes as well. For your nose, you might want to consider a rhinoplasty. The only way to reduce the right side would be with surgery. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss how you can achieve your individual aesthetic goal. Good luck!

Answer: Asymmetrical brows These are subtle differences that enter the realm of too much risk for the benefit to do anything about it. Now, that said, you will surely be able to find someone who would love to take your money and try to correct this with a brow lift or a rhinoplasty . I would think long and hard about what you are doing instead of relying on the advise of a plastic surgeon.

Answer: Facial and nasal asymmetry Everyone has some degree of facial asymmetry of the eyelids and eyebrows. From the one very limited photograph, there's only mild asymmetry present in the eyelids and eyebrows. To straighten a crooked nose requires a Closed rhinoplasty procedure with all of the incisions placed on the inside of the nose. The nasal bones will have to be straightened and adjusted with osteotomies, and a spreader graft is placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the midportion of the nose.. For more information and many before-and-after examples of crooked nose repair in our practice, please see the link and the video below

Answer: Rhinoplasty Non-invasively, fillers for your nose (a non-surgical nose job) will improve symmetry. Carefully placed Botox will help your brow asymmetry. Surgery can make the results permanent. A rhinoplasty can straighten the nose and a mini-endo brow can make the brows more symmetric. Best wishes.
