Without an exam your question cannot be answered.  You will need to see an Oral/Maxillofacial surgeon to see if othognathic surgery, genioplasty or using an implant is best for your specific case. It should be noted that patients with severely weak jaws or abnormally functioning jaws may be better treated with other facial surgery (orthognathic surgery), although a chin augmentation may be an option at a later time. It would be helpful to see a front view so we can see what type of implant would help the profile view and at the same time improve the frontal view - whether your face will be too long, or if you need lengthening from a frontal view. Also would help to see if you need a wide chin or a narrower one.

More photos and a clinical exam are needed to determine what treatment is best. In general, silicone implants placed through a small incision below the chin can improve the profile and provide a more masculine look. The implants are permanent but can easily be removed if your appearance did not meet your expectations. Good luck
