The wound post mole removal between my toes is not healing, what do you suggest? (Photo)

I had a mole between my toes removed. It was a benign irregular mole but per my dermotologist it had to come off. I had stitches put in. It’ll be 3 weeks in 3 days and it just has not healed. I have a “hole” between my toes. I went in to have stitches removed 2 days ago the derm said it looked fine. I’m concerned on how it’s going to heal with an open wound like that. I also have a “slit” going across and it hasn’t fused shut. Will it close shut and will the hole between my toes close up as well?
