The wound post mole removal between my toes is not healing, what do you suggest? (Photo)

Definitely follow-up with your treating physician if you are concerned about healing, as they have the best insight into what is normal and what may need treatment (i.e. infection, overhealing--also known as hypergranulation, etc.).  
However, as a general rule, wounds on the lower extremities distal to the knee can take a long time to heal, many weeks to months in some cases.  Also, an open area will heal on its own, it just takes a lot of time.

Thanks for your question.  Procedures that require sutures such as punch or excisional biopsies are deeper than shave removals, and will definitely take a lot longer to heal as there was more tissue removed than with a shave.  It can take a full year for a scar to remodel, to it has not been enough time for complete healing at this point.  Also removing lesions further from the heart take longer to heal as the circulation is not as great, and the limbs are often "dependent" or lower than the heart.  If you can, try and elevate your feet when sitting, and you can use ice if the area is uncomfortable.  It will eventually heal, but if you think it is infected or getting more painful by the day, go back to your derm and make sure everything is going fine.  Good luck and hang in there!
