I have had a rather small mole removed from my face today (scalpel not laser), the cut follows the "nasal line" between the cheek and mouth. I am affraid to go to sleep now and risk a bad scar caused by extra stretching or wrinkling my face in my sleep.. they have also told me keep the area dry and covered with bandaid at all times until the stitch removal next week so I can't check if it looks ok or not.. Do I have to sleep on my back or sleeping normally isn't an issue? Thank you, Kristina
