Is it possible for an inverted triangle body shape to turn into a pear body shape from a fat transfer?

My dream body shape is to be a pear shaped body instead of an hourglass figure. Is it possible to be a pear shaped figure instead through a fat transfer?

You are freshly postop from an operation designed to make your hips bigger. Tighter is what happens and discomfort as well. In a few days swelling will begin to subside and your discomfort as well. Talk to your surgeon.  That person will help adjust pain meds to help with your present discomfort.

I am not sure that massages are absolutely necessary but are recommended after fat transfer and liposuction.  But this treatment may be helpful in evening out the transferred fat, reducing the possibility of lumpiness, and improving the "take" of the fat.

 I would not have fat grafting for this as it often causes irregularities and one cannot be certain how much of the fat will survive in this location.  Lumps and bumps's are common even with an experienced injector unless very small amounts are used.  If you have a lump it is very difficult to...
