Is it possible for an inverted triangle body shape to turn into a pear body shape from a fat transfer?

SO don't worry, anything you have had put in, added to some swelling post op will feel tight at day 2-7. As long as it isn't hot and red and painful then go with it. Once the swelling starts to fade things will feel a lot more normal but don't expect a soft contour for 3-6 months at least....
