Would it be advisable to do extractions after a mild salicylic acid peel?

I have a lot of open comedones/ blackheads. Would it be advisable to get extractions done directly after a mild salicylic acid peel, to help clear up the congestion faster. Or would it leave my skin scarred since it's been through a peel

For Optimum results for a salicylic acid peel, you may steam and clean the pores prior to peel. During Medical extractions you would steam , open the pores & Extract comedones and acne lesions. Then you may follow with a salicylic peel to clean excess debris from the follicles. I hope this answer helps.  Best Wishes ,

Usually, extractions are performed before the peel, but they could be done afterwards. It would be much easier to get them to extract before applying the acid. Next time you go for a treatment, just request that extractions are performed prior to the peel.
