Can we inject fats in a very tight skin that nothing under it but only titanium mesh no fat no muscle so there is no space?

can we inject fats in a very tight skin that no thing under it but only titanium mesh no fat no muscle so there is no space between the skin and the mesh .. can we put fats into it gradually like 100 ml then 100 ml then 100 ml tell the area gets the right volume? it is the temporal area .. and is it the best option .. and what are the backsides if this procedure can be done ?
