Can liposonix be used for leg fat

Liposonix is a noninvasive treatment using focused ultrasound to target and destroy fat cells.  It can be used on any part of the body, so yes, the legs are treatable certainly.  The varicose vein can also be addressed using injection sclerotherapy, laser or other method after evaluation.  

This is called lipedema, not lymphedema and Liposonix can be used for this or liposuction is preferred.BestH Karamanoukian, MD FACS

Liposelection, using liposonix machine, could be used for treatment of deposited fat in undesirable areas including lower extremities. Varicose veins are un-related to the fat deposits and should be addressed accordingly. I have good results treating these conditions in Minneapolis.
