There are lots of options for you. HIFU is certainly a great at home option that will help tone your skin while you use it, but does not last long term. For a more long lasting effect you would probably enjoy a snatched jawline using hyaluronic acid and/ or solid fillers with PDO threads. A PDO thread lift will give you a lifted appearance and definition to your cheeks and jawline, as well as promote natural collagen production in the areas where the threads are placed. A hyaluronic acid jaw defining procedure would be achieved using HA filler directly at the jawline to define your jaw and give you that snatched jawline that is so desirable. Just know that you have options that would make you very happy, with very little downtime.

you need a combination of treatments. fillers for volume iwth sculptra, lasers and microneedling RF in the office.

6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

I have personally been injecting Botox for treating wrinkles since 1991. It (as well as the other neuromodulators) is now used for treating every kind of dynamic (movement related) wrinkle from forehead "worry lines," crow's feet, Nefertiti Lift, vertical neck cords, horizontal necklace lines and crepey chest skin crinkles. I have been using fillers for well over three decades, since the days of the first collagen fillers, Zyderm and Zyplast. Today, fillers treat not only fine wrinkles and creases, but jowls, skin sagging and folds, thin lips, under eye bags,flattened cheeks and recessed chins, and a host of other aesthetic issues--all with time-tested and proven efficacy in experienced hands. So, why would you even consider expensive devices whose hard science to support their purported benefits lags well behind the heavy marketing and advertising. Make sure to keep this in mind when evaluating claims for this or that supposedly "next big thing" device to come along that supposedly replaces yesterday's supposedly supposedly great "in" device treatment. I think you will have the best results from a combination of treatments. Fillers and Botox can address volume loss as well as wrinkles from dynamic muscle movement. Other treatments such as Morpheus8 can stimulate your own natural collagen production, improving overall skin tone and texture.

Hello and thank you for your question. Nothing truly compares to a face to face consultation for advice however from what you have said the best option would probably be a combination of treatments. Globally energy based devices like ultracel would massively alleviate your concerns but botox and filler would also have a place to help for particular areas. It would be best to have a face to face consult.
