Both derm surgeons and plastic surgeons can do nice mole removals but a doc who has both training is truly an expert. Get those 3 moles excised and sutured nicely followed by superficial dermabrasion to help blend marks.

I would recommend an in person consultation with a board certified specialist who is an expert in oculoplastic surgery and laser surgery.  This is a difficult area and appropriate precautions need to be taken to protect the eye and prevent eye damage.

I recommend following up with your cosmetic dermatologist for a formal evaluation and after care recommendations. I recommend Silagen + Bioshield to promote healing. Any scarring can be improved with lasers and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
