My hair is thinning in the front, just in 6 months. Is it Telogen Effluvium?

i buzz my hair every now and then. the last time i did, i noticed my hair thinning alot in the front area, i don't know if mpb can be so quick, specially i didn't notice anything before.i eat little much , sometimes one meal or to per day, and my weight is just 46 kilos and my hieght 170 cm
