Can dutasteride cause changes in bone due to lack of alpha 5 type 1 on bone androgen receptors?

20 year old male and finasteride has stopped working. Currently taking dutasteride but am worried that the inhibition of type 1 alpha 5 could cause my facial bones ( cheek, jaw, etc) due to the lack androgens on them. Is there any need to worry or are bones mainly maintained by testosterone-estrogen ratios? Thank you really need help with this
