Electrocautery or Fractional laser for syringomas under the eyes? (Photo)

Question

I have a wedding to attend to in January and I'm considering treatment for my syringomas under my eyes and improve my skin at the same time. I'm contemplating between getting fractional laser or electrocautery given the time left before the wedding. Your response is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

Syringomas are better treated with the laser than with electrocautery because of less radiated heat damage. But, be careful. Any treatment like this is only as good as the experience and skill of the doctor doing the procedure. Make sure the doctor you select has both.

Lasers can hit syringomas with pin point accuracy whilst minimising the damage to the surrounding skin. Having said that, I DO use diathermy or hyfrecation in patients without insurance.
