Do Butt Implants Look Natural and Would It Bounce the Way a Natural Butt Does? (photo)

I want a bigger buttocks but of course I want it to look like it's mine and not like I went through surgery to get it even though that's the truth I just really want to know if it looks and feels natural and if it bounces.

Pain in general is not unusual 2 1/2 weeks after buttock implants.  In your case it could be the implant on that side has dropped into position quicker than the other side but in doing so it is causing a little irritation of the sciatic nerve.  Be sure to keep close follow up with...
