Question

I want a bigger buttocks but of course I want it to look like it's mine and not like I went through surgery to get it even though that's the truth I just really want to know if it looks and feels natural and if it bounces.

Dear mnixoen, The answer to your question is yes, but you have to have the surgery with the right plastic surgeon. There are many types of implants shape and consistency as well as techniques. The implants can be very soft, mid level softness or hard. The implants can be round, oval, oval round and oval bubble butt. The implants can be placed under the muscle, inside the muscle or on top of the muscle  under the fascia. The implants can be placed high on the butt, midlevel or low near the crease. It is important that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has lots of experiene with butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results. In my opinion, the best results are obtained with very soft  oval round implants that are placed on top of the muscle  under the fascia  and high on the butt. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Fat grafting produces a much more natural result with regard to movement and feel.  Intramuscular implants can improve volume by 400 cc or so, depending 
upon the size of the individual.  A significant amount above this 
volume compromises healing by creating more tension on the healing
