Dear mnixoen, The answer to your question is yes, but you have to have the surgery with the right plastic surgeon. There are many types of implants shape and consistency as well as techniques. The implants can be very soft, mid level softness or hard. The implants can be round, oval, oval round and oval bubble butt. The implants can be placed under the muscle, inside the muscle or on top of the muscle  under the fascia. The implants can be placed high on the butt, midlevel or low near the crease. It is important that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon who has lots of experiene with butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results.
