Will a butt implant lift a droopy butt?

Hello, I had lipo in 2019 full backside. Unfortunately the buttocks was also liposuctioned and it caused the bum to drop and multiple banana rolls. I currently weigh 60kg height 165cm. I want to lift my bum and have the two cheeks look similar. I was told by a surgeon that since I do not have enough fat , butt implants are the best option. My fear is that the implants will not resolve droppiness and the banana roll. I am also a bit hesitant about having implants. Any suggestions to improve ?
