it is normal to feel tingling and aching one week after BBL surgery. This is probably caused by tissue manipulation during surgery and swelling. If you have any concerns, regarding your postoperative healing, I suggest you to consult your plastic surgeon.

Yes, this means the nerves are healing. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Hi and welcome to our forum!It is more likely that the tingling and aching sensation you are experiencing is due to inflammatory swelling which accompanies the trauma of your procedure. This will abate as swelling subsides. It is not related to revascularization of the tissues.Best wishes...
