I burnt my nipples with chemicals 2 years ago. What can I do to repair them?

It never healed up, it looks like I lost skin or that they became inverted at the 1 to 2 stage but theyre not that retracted inside my nipples has holes in it. Im not sure of what should I get to repair my nipples. I was wondering if I need nipples skin grift because if I wouldve lost my nipples skin it wouldnt look inverted. But on the other hand when my nipples are erect the form of the nipple looks neat even if you see that the the color of the tip is lighter because of the burn scar.

Your nipple has a very minor indentation which is how it developed. Your areola has some widened scar areas, not completely round, and some left over areolar tissue inferiorly. This can be improved if you wish.

Take and leave out the bar and let your nipple heal. With the bar, you probably have interfered with your ducts and breast feeding may be more difficult. The bar probably tore tissue from being inside your clothes.
