Hi there, I've had chest surgery several years ago and overall I am very happy with the results but there is some minor puckering around my aeriola, which depending on the light, can seem very obvious, so my question is, are there procedures such as chemical peels or microneedling that might help smooth this out? Overall, I do not scar and I did have one particularly deep line that I treated by burning the skin with a wart remover product and this did a really good job of smoothing that out.

You are kind to consider doing this for there are many cancer patients that would love to receive yours. However, at the present time, your grafts would fail unless on an identical twin. Remember, almost everyone is born with nipples.
