What is the best way to resolve minor puckering surrounding the areola? (photo)

Hi there, I've had chest surgery several years ago and overall I am very happy with the results but there is some minor puckering around my aeriola, which depending on the light, can seem very obvious, so my question is, are there procedures such as chemical peels or microneedling that might help smooth this out? Overall, I do not scar and I did have one particularly deep line that I treated by burning the skin with a wart remover product and this did a really good job of smoothing that out.

The puckering is from loose skin, but micro-needling, with or without radiofrequency to tighten skin, should be helpful.

It appears that you had a periareolar mastopexy and healed well.  The fine wrinkling is due to excess skin and you might consider a revision mastopexy which would remove more skin and stretch out the areola.
