Burning Pain in Nipple?

I'm five days post op and for the pass three days my right breast nipple has a burning pain when ever I sit completly up or stand. Some times it even happens when I move my right arm. It seem to happen right after my first breast message. I get some pain relief when I hold my breast as a walk or sit. Is this the nerves Regenerating, or could my stitches be getting tighter as they heal? Also any tips to help the pain and is this normal?
