Burning and muscle shaking after surgery. Is this normal?

Your complaints are not specific to any particular medical problem. If you been checked out medically this all might be due to extreme nervousness. Discuss this with your surgeon. You might benefit from medication to combat anxiety.

Having the rectus muscle spasms after a muscle repair can occur and this corrects over time.   From your description I cannot tell if this is muscle shaking of the entire body.   If this is the case, it can be medication related, so all medication should be stopped.   If this continues then a Neurologist should see you to evaluate for seizures and tremors.   Best of luck to you.
