Hi debbieduff,Based from your photos, it looks like the main issue for your nose is the acne scar and some large pores. Laser treatment, particularly on the nose area, is relatively less effective than on other areas of the face in spite of multiple treatments. You may want to consider dermabrasion on the nose area for more noticeable improvement.
