I use moisturizer but does not seem to be working. I am pretty open to any realistic treatment. At this point I am not looking for an arm lift, it is my crepey skin that I would like to do something about, if at all possible. The picture is of my leg, not an arm...
Answer: Crepey Skin - Simple Steps Most everyone is bothered by certain degrees of "crepey skin" that comes with age. The skin becomes less able to retain moisture externally, and we often are dehydrated internally and don't even know it.For internal dehydration:The most practical options include being sure you get enough fluids and are getting the right kind (water, herbal teas are both good).Caffeine, alcohol and sugared drinks are definitely not skin friendly and can play all kinds of havoc with your skin - at ANY age.For moisture improvement and retention:A cream or moisturizer with an AHA will help. At the drugstore you can get Amlactin which helps dried surface cells shed. There are products by Glytone that are glycolic acid based which work well, though mind that you don't shave before applying AHAs, it will sting.A bath brush, dry brushing, mild exfoliating pads, a cotton washcloth - all help.Moisturizers run the gamut from great to useless. Look for ceramides that will assist in improving the skin barrier (Cerave is a good option). Skin products that are perfumed typically have a complete lack of or few ingredients that assist the epidermal barrier. If you want to bump up the exfoliation action to get results faster, Diamond Glow (used to be called SilkPeel) uses both microdermabrasion and infusion of hydrating agents and is a good option.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help minimize creepy skin for a more defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Creepy skin Thank you so much for your question. Before I get to the answer it is always best to remember that nothing replaces an in person consultation and treatment with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon. The plan and treatment or only as good as the person performing them. From what I see i think you would be a good candidate for radifrquency skin tightening treatments Combining with dilute radiesse can also be considered Good luck
