My guess is that Botox is in the wrong muscle (either it has moved to the wrong muscle or has been injected in the wrong muscle)
I would give it couple of months and this should be back it normal
If there is any other muscle involved, then I would worry......
Yes. It is quite normal to have a small red "bump" where the Botox was injected. These typically resolve very quickly (within the hour). Unusual to have them 24 hours later. I would suggest that you call your injector and make an appointment to be seen in person. Best of luck.
