My little cousin hit me on my nose with a hard plastic wand this past Friday (12.13.13) . I didn't bleed, nor did I brake my nose. It is a little red and tiny bit purple where she hit me, but there is a little bump. I was wondering if this bump was going to go away completely? I have been putting ice on it everyday for about 30 minutes. I just really want this bump to go away, it only hurts when I touch it but besides that it's fine. Please help!!! Thank you :)

If one has
significant microgenia, a small chin, it is something that should be addressed
at the same time as a rhinoplasty to give the patient optimal facial and nasal
balance. This should be done by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or
Otolaryngologist with expertise and experience in rhinoplasty.
Hard to know without seeing you but maybe the skin was just a little sensitive. If the bleeding is external that is most likely the issue. If the bleeding is internal it is totally normal to have bleeding this early. Patients can bleed months out from dryness as well.
Actually by lowering the bridge of your nose between your eyes (radix) you will observe the opposite effect: your eyes will appear further apart. Raising the height of the bridge and making it more narrow would cause them to look closer together.
