Will this bump on my nose ever go away? (photo)

It is hard to know but most likely if it is a little bruise and is swollen it should go down in time. It may take several months to completely resolve.

Trauma to the nasal bridge can cause callus formation at the bony/ cartilaginous junction along the bridge. This is also known as a hump. Trauma to this area can create a bump or make an existing hump more prominent. If the bump is still present after a few months, a rhinoplasty may be needed.  Digital computer imaging would be helpful in understanding what can be accomplished with your nose on your facial features.  For  many examples of hump removal in our practice, please see  the link below

Stop icing after 48 hours as that will delay the resolution of the swelling. You could tape the bump to press it away. It may take 2 weeks to fully resolve the swelling.
