I had my external splint removed after 7 days of my rhinoplasty surgery. I think the doctor pulled on the skin because I started bleeding on both nostrils for several hours. The doctor said this was okay. Should I be concerned?

Actually by lowering the bridge of your nose between your eyes (radix) you will observe the opposite effect: your eyes will appear further apart. Raising the height of the bridge and making it more narrow would cause them to look closer together.
Yes, you can fix a nose that was broken over 20 years ago. Obviously the technique is different than if you had gone in immediately after the injury, but it can still be done. The difference now is the nose will have to be "re-broken" before it can be reset, and by "re-broken" I mean controlled...
