I got botox to slim down my jawline 3 days ago. When I clench or chew I get these egg like bulges on both sites. Is that normal? UPDATE: The bulging happens when not enough Botox is injected, thus the muscles are only partially weakened. My jaw muscles are very strong so this happened a few times over the years. To fix it, you need to go back to the injector and get more Botox. It should resolve in a few days. I also advice that once you know how many units work for you, to remember that number.
