Hello, I am a 21 year old female interested in using botox for the reduction of large masseter muscles. I am a regular tooth grinder - mostly during sleep - and as a result the left side of my jaw is noticeably heavier than the right. My jaw is also very square naturally and I have a (prominent) dimpled chin. How would the botox effect the shape of my jaw and especially my chin if injected into the masseter? Are there any surgeons in the Ohio area who are familiar with this procedure? Thanks! :)
