Thinking of getting a bbl in Canada. I live less than 2 hr drive away in the US. I would be planning on getting a ride back the next day after the procedure. How do I travel back? In the backseat laying on my stomach? Would it be ok to sit for about 10 minutes to go through customs? Thanks!

4 days post op is very early. I would not worry about anything until you are more like 6 weeks out. There is swelling right now and indentations from your garment and you will lose ~30% of the fat injected, so you are far from you final result.
I tell my patients to wait about 6 weeks before they do anything strenuous. I have never twerked but it looks pretty strenuous to me. So I would recommend waiting about 6 weeks.
Of course, follow the instructions of your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
