Why don't I have any projection after my BBL! 1 week post-op. (Photos)

At one week post op, it is way too early to see the final results of your liposuction surgery and fat transfer to your buttocks. The results immediately following surgery will be the largest due to swelling and lack of fat resorption.  The buttocks will continue to decrease in size for the first few weeks.   I have observed that between 4 and 6 weeks the buttocks tend to stabilize in volume.  Usually by 3 months, the swelling is minimal and totally resolved by 6 months.

phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process

It is too soon to say. You are likely swollen over the liposuction regions and this can contribute to your present shape.

Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Certainly it's too soon to know the final results. I personally don't see the big change, but still too soon. I recommend you to wait a little bit more, be patient and keep in touch with your plastic surgeon to see what's his/her instructions and opinion.Good luck :)

You are too early to judge on the final result.  The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks for the swollen to go down. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon.

 Give your body at least 12 weeks to start seeing results and final results can take up to  3-6 months depending how your body heals.
