Congratulations on your recent surgery. It's still early after the procedure, so you still have areas of swelling. If your hips are swollen, it may make the dense appear more noticeable. It's too early to judge your final result so continue to be patient with the process and follow your surgeon's instructions closely.
4 days post op is very early. I would not worry about anything until you are more like 6 weeks out. There is swelling right now and indentations from your garment and you will lose ~30% of the fat injected, so you are far from you final result.
