Dear readytoroll15,I understand that you are worried about the dent on your hip. However, you are still in the early phase of the recovery period. Please do allow some time for the healing process to occur. If you are concerned, you can visit your plastic surgeon and discuss your concerns.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Congratulations on your recent surgery. It's still early after the procedure, so you still have areas of swelling. If your hips are swollen, it may make the dense appear more noticeable. It's too early to judge your final result so continue to be patient with the process and follow your surgeon's instructions closely.
4 days post op is very early. I would not worry about anything until you are more like 6 weeks out. There is swelling right now and indentations from your garment and you will lose ~30% of the fat injected, so you are far from you final result.
I tell my patients to wait about 6 weeks before they do anything strenuous. I have never twerked but it looks pretty strenuous to me. So I would recommend waiting about 6 weeks. Of course, follow the instructions of your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. I hope this helps! Good luck and...

Thank you for your question. You are too early to judge on the final result. The area in your lower back will be still bruised and swollen and this will take 8-12 weeks for the swollen to go down. Wear your garment and keep your follow up with your surgeon. Give your body at least...
Yes, a hemoglobin level of 11.2 is low. Whether or not you can have surgery with a hemoglobin of 11.2 will depend upon the procedure you are wanting to have. In addition, it will depend upon the surgeon you chose. You may be asked to have it evaluated first or to take iron supplements. It is...
For my patients, I recommend Bromelain before surgery to assist in post operative swelling and healing. Please discuss with your surgeon in case there is a contradiction with his medication protocol or something specific to your health history. Good luck!
