Thank you for your message! This is not a side effect of CoolSculpting to my knowledge. CoolSculpting only goes as deep as subcutaneous fat and should have no effect on your menstrual cycle. I would follow up with your gynecologist in regards to this however!
This is not a common side effect of CoolSculpting. The CoolSculpting only addresses subcutaneous fat and does not address underlying organs or tissue. If you are experiencing a missed period, then you should consult your physician.
