Substitute to BBL? Could I get CoolSculpting on my lower back? (photo)

Question

Is it possible that if instead of getting a brazilian butt lift, if I get my lower back CoolSculpted, my proportions will be better? I don’t want a bigger butt, I just want my hip dips to be less noticeable and I have a big waist. I am 5 feet, 49 kgs. I just want a more balanced proportion.

Thank you for your question and pictures. We do a lot of Coolsculpting and get amazing results, but I don't think it's an appropriate treatment to accomplish your goals. If you are only looking for a non-surgical option to improve your buttocks area then you may want to consider a combination of Sculptra and EMSculpt to provide subtle volume and lift. Make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and examination. Best wishes.

I highly recommend that you book an in person complimentary consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in order to assess what procedure will be best for you and to discuss what end result you are looking for. CoolSculpting is effective in removing small amounts of fat in areas such as the abdomen, the flanks, thighs, the back etc. It's most effective when you are at your goal weight and are just trying to remove stubborn pockets of fat that are resistant to exercise. It is a procedure that will offer contour to your body but it will not dramatically change your look or shape, as you might get with a BBL. CoolSculpting therefore can't be considered a substitute for the BBL. If you are considering CoolSculpting over the BBL be sure to have a consultation with a CooSculpting Specialist at a certified CoolSculpting practice.

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well.  We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement.   However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. CoolSculpting is not used to address the buttocks area.  CoolSculpting can be used to improve the flank area.  If you are looking to have your butt lifted, then this is not the treatment for you.  You should visit a plastic surgeon near you to see what the best treatment options are for your buttocks.
