Hi There, Thank you for your question. After completing a Coolsculpting treatment it is normal to notice redness on the treatment area, this typically resolves within a couple hours. It is also normal to experience swelling in the treatment area, However this may not be noticeable to others. Bruising is also another side effect but not as commonly seen with the new Coolsculpting applicators. It is always best to first consult with a physician/ and or a certified Coolsculpting specialist to determine if this the best procedure for you. Best of luck!
Thank you for your question. CoolSculpting is a minimally invasive, no downtime procedure. You can have some skin redness, or mild swelling, which should subside within a matter of hours. Rarely, you can have bruising, in the applicator areas that can last a few days, but with the newer CoolSculpting applicators there is a very low chance of bruising. It is very possible for you to have this procedure without letting your husband (or anyone else) know you had it performed. Make sure you work with a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist with extensive experience in CoolSculpting to ensure your treatment is both safe and successful.
After a CoolSculpting treatment, there normally is some redness and cold feeling to the treated area. These issues normally go away after just several minutes. It is possible to develop bruising after a treatment, although I have never seen this occur with the newer applicators. I have had other patients be treated without telling their partner, so I would say it is quite possible for you to have CoolSculpting without your husband detecting it.
Thank you for your message! After the CoolSculpting procedure you can have swelling or bruising, though this tends to be minimal and it would be unlikely your husband would notice. That being said, it can be more severe and noticeable, though generally would only last a few days if this occurs!
I have many patients that are looking to have discretion when performing a cosmetic procedure. With a CoolSculpting treatment, besides great results you will usually have some inflammation and some redness. These issues normally resolve after a few days. Bruising is a possibility but we have done over 5,000 cycles and I have only seen a handful. So the short answer is YES!
Thank you for your question! Coolsculpting is a non-invasive procedure to help reduce areas of fat. After treatment the skin may be red and have mild swelling but should subside in a few days and go unnoticeable. Bruising is an unlikely outcome. With this being said this is a great treatment to use if you want to discreetly decrease those areas of stubborn fat! I recommend you consult with a Coolsculpting specialist to discuss treatment options. Best of luck!
