If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. CoolSculpting , an FDA approved fat reduction procedure that uses a controlled cooling device to eliminate stubborn fat, can be used to reduce excessive fat neat the armpit or anterior axillary fat. 

During the procedure, the fat and overlying skin is cooled by a suction applicator called the Cool mini over 45 minutes. Fat cells within the treated area are frozen, causing them to undergo apoptosis or natural cell death. The treated cells are then naturally eliminated from the body leaving the treated area slimmer and more sculpted. You would require one or two treatments to achieve optimal results.

CoolSculpting can be used on the bra fat.  From the photos it looks as if you may be a good candidate for that treatment.  Normally the treatment would consist of two applications and then return to the office in one month for a repeat of this treatment.  After the second treatment you should be reevaluated in 2-3 months to see if another treatment is recommended.  Each application is $700.00 in our office.  You should visit a CoolSculpting provider near you for a consultation to see if this is the best treatment option for you.
