My left breast fits into a 34b and the right is a bit smaller. My doctor suggested 280cc/300cc to get me a C cup. I'm going to discuss the wish pics/outcome again with my doctor, but I wanted more opinions. im 5'4, 120lb, no kids. If I'm not on the right track, could you let me know about what size I'd have to go to get the wish boobs I'm looking at? Thank you!
Answer: Breast Augmentation and size You have very realistic goals. Your chest width drives the ideal size for your breast tissue which based on your expectation may require atleast 330. Dont infatuate on the cup size as every bra manufaturer is different. My only concern is the picture you show - that gal probably has 371 MP implants. Try some sizers on at your doctors office and discuss some photos/ size matches so you fell comfortable. Always consider your measurements as they relate to your body habitus to keep things proportional. Good Luck!

Answer: Breast augmentation Thank you for your question/photos. I do think that the range of sizes that you are looking at will get you a great result. I would bring the photos and discuss with your surgeon and try on the external sizers to convince yourself that you are happy with how they look/feel.

Answer: 34a/b to a 34c 300cc silicone submuscular implants. Are my wish pics a possibility with that size? Thank you for the question and pictures. Based on your photographs, I think that you are starting at a good place and should have a very nice outcome with breast augmentation surgery, I would suggest that you spend additional time communicating directly with your plastic surgeon, preferably prior to the date of surgery. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant type/size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. In bra sizers can be useful communication tools also. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C cup" etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. The use of computer imaging may be very helpful during the communication process. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). Will I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be very pleased with.

Answer: Get the look you want! In my practice, I try to match a particular cup size to your body. The best approach I have found is to place breast implants under s sports bra to find the look/size you are looking for. Morphing programs can also be extremely helpful as well.300cc rage implants under the muscle is a reasonable choice of implant but final choice should me made with your surgeon.Best wishes,Nana Mizuguchi

Answer: You're on the right track! I think you're making a good choice. You have a great shape -- you just need a little more size. You look like a 32inch chest. A rough guide is about 125cc for a cup size -- so 280/300 would go up 2 cups. That would be very similar to the photo. Realize that when that girl goes to get bras, she is probably buying D or DD cups though, But I would consider her a full C cup. Bras are made for breasts, not generally made for breast implants... Good luck!
