Hello spruce1234, thank you for your question! Botox and fillers are safe to do with Sylfirm, but timing matters quite a bit. It is recommended to wait 2 weeks after a Botox appointment to receive a Sylfirm treatment (just like massages, facials, etc). However, after your Sylfirm, Botox can be done as soon as desired- even the same day (again, after the Sylfirm). Fillers are different. In our office, we typically will have patients complete their series of RF-microneedling prior to placing any fillers. If the filler is already placed, we recommend either waiting 3 months or treating lightly over those areas. Even with lighter treatment there is still a chance the RF could interfere with the filler, so in certain areas we will be particularly careful or maybe even skip. I hope this helps! We recommend sylfirm treatment first followed by filler or Botox treatment about a week later. You do not want to do the filler or Botox before the sylfirm treatment because you don't want to cause migration of either product.
