Which procedure is best to reduce a double chin, jowls and contour the chin? Vaser or Smart Lipo? (Photo)

In my hands, I have found that SMART lipo in addition to suction lipo (to remove additional fat and remove breakdown products of the laser lipolysis) works the best.  Keep in mind that any modality is only as good as the surgeon using the instrument.Best wishes

I have found that SmartLipo works best for double chin, as it effectively removes the fat, and gets some skin tightening.

Augmented liposuction utilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify

In
general, the experience of the surgeon is more important than the type of
instrument utilized.
I
recommend you visit a board certified plastic surgeon with considerable liposuction experience
and allow him / her to use the instrument with which he / she feels most
comfortable.
