Which procedure is best to reduce a double chin, jowls and contour the chin? Vaser or Smart Lipo? (Photo)

Dear experts, which lipo is the best for doublechin, but also for jowls and chin contour? Vaser or smart Lipo? I red here that the lipo of the chin contour / jowls area can be risky as nerves could be damaged. What is your advice? Also is the skin tightening approx. the same? Thanks so much in advance!!

I see no reason at all to undergo liposuction first and come back to perform a BBL.  This should be done at the same time for many reasons including having enough fat to perform the BBL, avoiding scar tissue and contour issues during the second case, and avoiding additional surgery.Best wishes ...
