Smart Lipo after nearly 2 years, do I have nerve damage?

You really need an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon so that he or she can evaluate you, determine what is wrong and provide you with a proper treatment. without an in-person consultation any other advice on this forum would be absolutely illogical. Good luck from New York City

Persistent pain after liposuction presents a difficult diagnostic problem. As it is present in multiple locations, the presence of multiple nerve injuries seems unlikely.  One looks for unusual etiologies such as fibromyalgia or other neurologic condition. You note persistent "hardness" at the waist. Swelling usually resolves within 12 months after surgery. One looks for metabolic abnormalities. 
I recommend reevaluation by your plastic surgeon as this is far too complex to "guess" online. Desensitization can often be accomplished under the management of your physician.

You should definitely return to your surgeon and let him/her re-evaluate you. It may be worthwhile to have a trial of gabapentin which can be helpful for nerve pain and problems. your problems are very, very unusual, as any nerve issues usually clear up quickly. I am sorry to hear about your problems.sincerelydavid berman md
