Buccal fat removal 2 years after, still not happy. About to get it for the 2nd time, any suggestions? (Photos)

Tried all sorts of things, diff surgeon did a fat burning laser on cheeks+neck lipo, no difference. Fillers injected on upper jaw line, lips chin, those look OK but don’t fix my problem. My cheeks are CHUBBY when I smile. Orig surgeon says I dont need a 2nd buccal fat pad removal but he would do it if I want. My cheeks feel chubby, thick, is it regular fat? Skin? Is it possible I still have buccal fat there? What other procedures could help me? dimpleplasty? Cheeks lipo exist? I'm 136lb 5 10''

Hello from View Plastic Surgery in Korea. I don't know exactly how your surgery was performed, so it is best that you ask your surgeon who performed this procedure. However for most patients who had intraoral incision, they should be eating something soft or in liquid form for a week....
