Hi, if you weren't born with a dimple it would be quite hard to get them without an actual procedure. Many have been advertising dimples through facial exercises or even dimple piercing (ouch). The problem with piercing is it relies on scarring the site to get the result. But because you have no control over the scarring process, there is no guarantee you will be pleased with the results. I would strongly recommend you see an expert who can talk to you about the dimpleplasty procedure. Although there are multiple ways to create the dimple, allow me to simplify the commonest technique here for you, after seeing you we mark the area, the procedure can be done entirely under local anesthesia - you won't feel any pain after its all numbed up. Then we make a small nick on the inside of your cheek (it will be numb just like a visit to the dentist) Then we make a small space in the muscle on the inside of your cheek and use sutures to bring the skin into the small space. this will create a lovely dimple for you, all from the inside of your mouth so there is no suture marks or scars to worry about. Hope this helps!
