Does buccal fat pad removal cause aging and is there an alternative procedure for me? (Photo)

Question

I am 25 and as you can see on the photo, I have sagging face. I dream of Angelina Jolie like jaw. Do you think buccal fat removal is the right procedure for me, or is there any alternative? I tried threads but there was no visible change. Thanks in advance!

Buccal fat removal does not make the face to look older if a patient has prominent cheek bones. However patient has no prominent cheek bones, the face will look older. That's why I always highly recommend to enhance the cheek bones with fillers.
If a patient in the mid 20s already as saggy facial skin, then it should be addressed in order to determine if a patient is candidate for buccal fat removal.

At your age, removing the buccal fat will not make you look older.  However, as you get older, the lack of volume in your face may make you look older than your peers who have more volume in the face.It does appear from your photo that you have some beginnings of jowling and threads and non-surgical alternatives like Thermage and Ulthera are usually good places to start.  However, given the fact that you've already tried threads without success, surgical tightening may be the only other option that you have to achieve the look that you are looking for.

The buccal fat pad is a rounded mass of fat in the middle of your cheek. It’s located between facial muscles, in the hollow area beneath your cheekbone. The size of your buccal fat pads affects your face shape.
Everyone has buccal fat pads. However, the size of buccal fat pads can vary greatly.
If you have larger buccal fat pads, you might feel like your face is too round or full.
You can be a candidate for a Buccal Pad removal surgery.
