Brow ptosis? What is going on? I regret the botox (Photo)

Evaluation of your condition is limited with only two photos, however, your eyebrow position looks reasonable in both your before and after photo. You may have some congenital eyelid ptosis on both sides however. Your right eyelid may be a drop droopier than your left. Consider re-asking a question with additional photos or consult with an ophthalmologist or oculoplastic surgeon about your concerns. The effects of Botox are temporary, typically resolving gradually over three to four months. If you have full movement of your brows then the Botox is wearing off. See an expert injector near you for an evaluation.

Botox is tricky and does extremely well in experienced hands versus those who dabble in the treatment. That said your brow could be lifted again with another treatment of Botox, placing it in strategic locations to allow your brow to elevate. My advice to you is to seek out someone With extensive experience in the use of Botox and understand the dynamic relationship between the brow elevators, and the brow depressors.
