I started noticing my perioral mounds when I was 28, I’m 31 now and of course they’ve just gotten worse over time. What would be the best treatment option? would Botox help relax them?

The effects of Botox are temporary, typically lasting three to four months. If you are able to animate the brows freely then the product has worn off. I encourage you to visit with your injector to discuss your concerns.
