Would Kybella dissolve a small fat graft under my eye? (Photo)

The surgeon who performed my facelift and lower blepharoplasty about 8 months ago inserted a small fat graft under my left eye. As you can see, the incision is poorly done; however, since I plan to have that blepharoplasty revised, that isn’t my concern here. What I’m concerned about here is how to get the fat graft gone. It has shrunk quite a lot since first implanted; however, it now feels like a small rubber capsule under my skin. I read that microliposuction could remove it; however, I’m having difficulty finding a cosmetic surgeon who performs that procedure on a face. Would Kybella dissolve the graft?
