Would Kybella help my cheeks look slimmer? (Photos)

Question

Female/30y/159lb/5’4”. I’ve had chin lipo once in 2024 and once again in 2025. I have always hated how fat the bottom of my face looks and am now considering Kybella injections. It’s not awful when I have a neutral expression (though I do wish it looked slimmer still), but when I smile I really balloon up. Would Kybella help or should I be considering something else? Besides weight loss of course, which is slow going as of late.

I have had good success with Kybella in reducing the jowly areas you are referring to. The price you pay is several days of downtime, but its worth it because Kybella fat reduction is permanent. You need to be sure to go an experienced injector, since this area has some risk of damaging a nerve that runs through there and controls the corner of the mouth. If the right precautions are taken, however, this is a very safe procedure. Hope that helps!
