Does Ultrasonic Liposuction cause hearing loss?

I had my treatment 24 hrs ago for my chin and technician did the operation with a big device designed for body not for face. I heard so loud noise in my ear and after that my ear feels like blocked and I lost my hearing ability partially. Is it a temporary condition or should I worry about my ear? I have a little pain in my ear as well but mostly it feels like it is blocked just like when water leaks in the ear.

I understand your concern, but I have never heard of hearing loss after ultrasonic liposuction. However, it sounds more like you had some sort of external ultrasonic treatment, still I don't know of any case of hearing loss after this either. If this was not an external treatment, a technician should not have done this procedure. If so, seek a second opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon.

I think it's almost impossible with ultrasonic liposuction even used in the vicinity of years would cause any hearing loss. Anything's possible I suppose but this would be most unexpected.
