I am 36 y/o with platysmal banding and slight laxity on my neck/under chin. Ive been recommended Ultherapy by two plastic surgeons (lower face/neck or neck only). But Im nervous abt reports that Ultherapy made people's skin worse and exaggerated sagging issues. Or that the results were negligible which wouldnt ideal either. Is Ultherapy effective for treating banding and laxity? Best option? How long do results last? Does skin appear worse over time? Are there other treatments I should consider?
