Would half a syringe make a noticeable difference to my lips? (Photo)

Hi,If you want the majority or all of the filler in the top lip you will have a subtle but noticeable result. If you are nervous about over filling the lips, it may be better to start with a half syringe with the expectation that the results will be very subtle and that you may need an additional half syringe added 1-2 weeks later. Best,Mehdi Sina, MD

I think you have nice lips to begin with and so very little filler will give you a nice result. I prefer Restylane, Restylane Silk and Restylane Defyne when treating the lips although Juvederm Ultra work well too.

You have beautiful lips already and held of a syringe would be sufficient for your upper lip to have a little bit more fullness.  I definitely would start with that amount and wait two weeks to evaluate it. You can always add more filler later if you want more volume. Please consult an expert in lip injections to have the best cosmetic results.  Best, Dr. Green
